im happy to say that abby and i are now
pretty much settled into our new appartment
hmm.. i wouldn't say new,
its a very old apartment actually
but gorgeous
we since there is a second room we will
probably be looking for another roommate
OH! the mosquitoes here are really awful!
at first i wasn't bitten that much,
but starting about two nights ago.. they haven't stopped biting!
i put itch cream on it, and it still keeps itching
i tried tooth paste and that works pretty well..
they dont really bite me during the day
apparently they really just come out at night
we'll have to get something to repel these nasty creatures
abby and i went to the farmer's market today,
its right by our appartment.
the food here is really incredible.
tonight two other girls from fit are having a dinner party
(they live in the same apartment)
they will be making the dinner, another girl is getting dessert
and abby and i got a bottle of wine
im very excited!!
oh ps. .the guys here do call at every one
its really funny to hear their pick up lines in broken english
i always get the "ciao sweet, here is my heart"
but abby gets yelled at "DARK CHOCOLATE!!" or "BROWN SUGAR!!"
its hysterical!
i can't wait for my family to come and visit!
its very much a wonderful experience!
